On Saturday, we proudly celebrated the school slava of St. Sava in the presence of parents, students and many friends of the Serbian Cultural Center. The celebration was solemnly opened with the intonation of the anthem "God of Justice", thereby emphasizing the importance of this important holiday for our community.
Teachers and pupils presented their activities to the audience through inspirational movies. Special attention was drawn by the recording of the play "The Path of Nikola Tesla", which was performed by members of our drama section on 11th. January in New York at the Tesla conference. Also, the movie "Who are we", which were designed and realized by our pupils was shown. This movie was premiered in New York as part of the project "New generation as ambassadors of culture and talent".
During the celebration, we handed out well-deserved recognitions to our teachers, associates and students who participated in the Tesla conference in New York. Plaques for loyalty and outstanding contribution to the work of the school since its foundation were presented to teachers Marija Petrovic and Aleksandra Nikolova. Special recognition was given to teacher Diana Peric for her idea, script, direction and organization of the play about Nikola Tesla in New York. A thank you note was handed to the prof. dr. To Slobodan Cuk for his continuous support and cooperation with our Nikola Tesla club.
During the ceremony, our talented students arranged an extraordinary art program for the audience through recitations and performance of musical pieces on the piano.
We ended the celebration with a lot of pride and emotions by singing the anthem of St. Sava, remembering its importance as a spiritual and cultural symbol of our people.
We thank everyone who took part in this ceremony and contributed to keeping this day in the permanent memory of all present.

The celebration was officially opened with the anthem Bože pravde, further emphasizing the significance of this important holiday for our community.
Teachers and students showcased their activities to the audience through inspiring films. Special attention was given to the recording of the play The Journey of Nikola Tesla, performed by members of our drama section on January 11th in New York at the Tesla Conference. Additionally, the film Who Are We, created and produced by our students, was also presented. This film premiered in New York as part of the project New Generations as Ambassadors of Culture and Talent.
During the celebration, we awarded well-deserved recognitions to our teachers, партнерс, and students who participated in the Tesla Conference in New York. Plaques for loyalty and outstanding contributions to the school’s work since its founding were presented to teachers Marija Petrović and Aleksandra Nikolova. A special award was given to teacher Dijana Perić for her idea, script, direction, and organization of the Nikola Tesla play in New York. Additionally, a certificate of appreciation was awarded to Prof. Dr. Slobodan Ćuk for his continuous support and collaboration with our Nikola Tesla Club.
During the event, our talented students delighted the audience with an exceptional artistic program, including recitations and musical performances on the piano.
We concluded the celebration with great pride and emotion by singing the hymn dedicated to Saint Sava, reminding everyone of his importance as a spiritual and cultural symbol of our people.
